1st Class Notary services are open to the general public as well as the private sector before, during and after “normal business hours”, including weekends and holidays by appointment.

Mobile Notary Services include real estate, legal, medical, financial documents.
Notary Fees:
All major credit cards excepted $20 minimum.
General Notary Fee:
First signature of each individual $10
Administering an oath or affirmation $10
On-Location Signing Fee:

Marijuana Dispensaries $65+

Print Fee, up to 200 pages $25
Fax Fee for every 20 pages $20

Appointment Show Up Fee $25 if signer recuses or cancels upon arrival

Field Inspection $25 up to 20 miles
Field Inspection Services include property, equipment, and automobile inspections as well as field chases and door knocks.
Public Records Retriever $50+
We are trusted members of the Public Recorder Retrieval Network. Search for criminal records, property records, court records, judgments, liens, sex offenders, business licenses & court documents to do name searches and/or obtain copies of court file documents.
